“I enjoy working at ESW because I feel we all have the power to do what is right for the customer and everyone that works here takes pride in what we do and how we do it. We are clearly different and it shows", states Jeff Blank, Director of Installation at Energy Swing Windows.
Most other window companies in Western Pennsylvania are simply sales organizations that buy their products from a manufacturer and sub-contract out the installation, in many cases, to improperly insured sub-contractors. We make every Energy Swing window in our own manufacturing facility and install them all with our trained and dedicated craftsmen. Managing the installation aspect of the business has fallen on the shoulders of Jeff for the past 20 years.
Jeff’s primary responsibility is to assure the quality of every window Energy Swing installs. He plays a key role in our quest to achieve 100% client satisfaction. Before anything is ordered or cut, Jeff will visit the client and take final measurements of all the ordered products and go over the details of the project one more time, just to be sure everyone is on the same page. At that point, the order is launched into the manufacturing process. While the windows are being made, Jeff works with the client to establish a convenient installation date for them to have one of our installation teams do the work on their home. Jeff is also responsible for monitoring our highly important “Zero Defects” Installation program. His ability to handle this work earned him a prestigious CCN Award as Production Manager of the Year in 2005.
When Jeff isn’t helping Energy Swing clients, he can be found spending time with his wife Dawn, and sons Cody (16) and Jack (14). Jeff enjoys watching his younger son play hockey and enjoys doing things around the house with his entire family.
Our repeat customers in Mount Pleasant were so pleased with the front door we replaced for them that they decided to use Energy Swing again for their windows. The old windows were clearly thin, fragile, and outdated. We replaced them with our patented Energy Swing windows, giving them up an updated and polished look. Once again, our customers were incredibly satisfied with the results.
Our new customers in Greensburg called on Energy Swing Windows for their patio door replacement project because of the pictures they saw on our mailer. They turned their old, swing in patio door into a beautiful sliding glass door. The sliding glass door allows the customers to have more room inside because the swing in door is no longer in their way. They were very happy with the installation and look of their new door.
Our clients in Delmont, PA were looking for a simple way to update the entire exterior of their home. They came to Energy Swing Windows who could do just that by simply replacing their front door. Their original door was a dark cream, woodgrain door with black sidelights. We replaced it with an American Cherry, Fiberglass door with deatiled sidelights by ProVia. We also helped them replace the transom above the door way. These are a beautiful addition to front doors and provide a ton of natural light to the interior of the entry way. These customers were incredibly pleased by the way we worked and the updates we made to their home.
Our new customers in Irwin, PA had a big problem that needed solved when their storm door blew off. They had received one of our mailings and loved the other doors we've done in their neighborhood. We replaced the original door with a newer version made by ProVia. We had also replaced all of the pediment and pilaster around the door for them. They were thrilled with our work and the expertise of our intallation crew.
Now this door is a show stopper!!! Our new customers in Irwin knew it was time for a change. Their old, peach colored door was outdated and took away from the curb appeal of their home. This beautiful entry door by ProVia was installed by Energy Swing Windows and took their home to the next level!
After the job we did on their windows a few years ago, our clients in Murrysville knew they wanted to continue working with Energy Swing Windows when it was time to replace their screen door. The original screen door had some damage at the bottom due to normal wear and tear. The replacement door has a greater percentage of glass, allowing for more natural light in the home, as well as a more polished appearance with the bronze handles.
This couple in Murrysville are members of the Calvary Lutheran Church, where we recently replaced all of the church doors. They were thrilled with the outcome and knew there was no better company to take on their own project at home. We replaced their old, wooden door with a beautiful, long lasting door from ProVia. The new door is a toffee color with beautiful decorative glass in the door and side lites. The project turned and perfectly and made our new customers very happy!
Our customers in the North Hills of Pittsburgh were ready for a new look! As much as we love a red door, it was getting lost in the color of the brick in the house.
They replaced their outdated entry door with this beautiful, rustic bronze door with a matching storm door. Now, instead blending in, their entry door stands out and makes a statement. The customers loved the new look of their home!
Natural light with patio doors can be a very difficult thing to control. Blinds and curtains get incredibly frustrating and in the way, too. Our new client's in Wexford, PA were looking for a different solution. The previous door was a double door with a sliding screen door on the outside. Energy Swing Windows replaced it with a very sleek, elegant, and easy to maneuver sliding glass door with built in blinds between the glass! Now our client's can increase or decrease the intensity of the natural light shinning into their home with ease.
